Any movement that we perform throughout the day involves some level of skill and coordination. How can we take the movements that we perform and get better at them? In this video we break down how much, how intense, how long, and what type of neuromuscular activities will benefit us. Each of us has our own history of movement throughout our lives and is displayed on how we move throughout the day. There is no one size fits all plan when it comes to developing more control, skill or coordination, but as the video states, if you are interested in improve a specific movement or skill, practice a drill that resembles what you are trying to improve and ensure that it challenges you and allows you to learn.
